Changes to the mod team: new head mod, new regular mod, and the retirement of one of our finest.

Wait VizionEck has mods?

We do!, and there are some changes to report.

@Shinobi-san has retired from the mod team. He has been having a very busy year and felt he didn't have the time to perform this duty. He'll still regularly check in and post here so don't worry!

 @NotBananaKing has retired from head mod for similar reasons. He's been too busy to fulfill his duties as head mod, so he's stepped down from the position. He's still a regular moderator and can still ban you.

 @the-Pi-guy has been promoted to head mod! He's practically always online actively participating, has been a mod for around a year, and has a cool level headed approach to every situation that comes his way. Pi will be an excellent head mod! Go to him if any forum staff member is giving you trouble, myself included.

If you've kept track, that means we only have three moderators now. Pi as the head and banana+dark as regulars. Since trolling can strike at any moment, this is just too small a team. So if you want to be a mod, say so! Give us as much or as little info about why you want to be a mod and why you'd be good as a mod. Feel free to PM us the info if you want to keep it private. We'll choose one of you to be our new mod!

3 or 4 is good I think.  Most important thing that would be needed is coverage, not really numbers.  If 3 people have most of the time covered then that's great, a 4th wouldn't hurt though.    I'm on quite a bit, but can't always be on as I work and have school.  Banana isn't on as much, but he does come around.  Same with DKK.  
I think between the three of us, we have things covered pretty well, but if one of us has to work more or for whatever reason can't be on as much, it is certainly would be helpful to have another.  

We don't have a lot of active users in the eastern hemisphere, so I think 1 or 2 mods is easily enough from there.  
The western hemisphere is a lot more active, so 2 or 3 mods is enough, particularly when I'm on so much.

We get up to 15 at times, but that's beside the point. We need mods to discuss issues with. The mod thread can be slow and take a day or so for multiple people to chime in. By that time the issue is old news!
