"For pricing information, check with your local retailer."

Unless the PS4 price cut is happening next month, what else could the 1tb be priced at?

Then why introduce the 1tb at $399 now?

It's either 1tb costs more, or no price cut anytime this year imo

I doubt that :P

500GB is now $399.

1TB doesn't have price yet.

BTW 1TB + MGSV @ $349? It is not even a price cut... Sony is no MS.

The 1tb releases July 15th in Europe. It's happening before Sept.

Nah Pezus is thinking 1tb will be $399 or less. I'm guessing $449 at launch.

No, this will actually cost them more, a new mold will have to be made.

No.... same mold.  Different materials.

Kinda. Shiny materials are harder to deal with both for Sony and for consumers.

The material is cheaper but more resistant... the shiny material was really sensible but beautiful.

:o  Guys, I'm going to blow your minds. It's the same material. There's actually no difference between the shiny and the dull when we are talking material. The reason the shiny is shiny is because the mold is supper smooth, The dull side is dull because there's a texture in the mold which then make the material dull (there is a slight possibility there is some flatting agent, but unlikely) . That's why i said they would need a different mold actually costing more money.
