Along with the rest of you and the collective masses overall, I hopped over to Kickstarter immediately during the Sony Shenmue III Kickstarter announcement.
 The site was understandably chugging, but I still struggled to put my pledge in for the $29 tier. A couple dozen refreshes later, it finally went through and I got an e-mail confirmation.
 I checked sometime later and realized: I'm on the $10,000 jacket tier.

 

 

I have the money - but, I need to eat, and pay rent.
 I'm going to change this, but does anyone (unlikely?) else on GAF want it before I switch?
 Let's all have a laugh. Or persuade me to get a $10k jacket.
 

He's having a hard time deciding what to do. I think he should do a raffle for the jacket. Maybe he can get his money back. With all the Shenmue hype right now he might make a good bit off of it.

If the jacket is exclusive to like, 5 pledges or something, then the raffle makes sense.  Assuming the spots have been filled.

He has it, his friends are on Gaf.  Kinda like if I had the jacket spot and be like "Pezus, Legend, etc, who wants it?"  If no one wants it, then it goes to whoever pledges to it.

IDK, doing anything but returning it (or keeping it for personal) seems reckless. So many things could go wrong.

GAF is a lot bigger than VizionEck, and much bigger than VGC.  It's very different in how it carries itself, and the class of people is broader.  
So he's giving people an option to say, hey yeah I'll take it.   And since it's GAF there are people there that would be able to do that.  
If no one wants it, he'll return it.  If he gets convinced it's worth trying, he'll take it.  If someone on GAF wants it, they'll take it.

Assuming I had literally no other expenses, I could buy that after working full time in 9 months!
