 Mentioned three times so unlikely to be a typo, also this is the first time I believe that the project has been referred to as an "AAA IP", I've mentioned my scepticism about this games supposed release date before, this strengthens that scepticism.

 Another person working at Armature has this on his linkedin:

 * Trained engineers, artists, and designers in the use of the Unity 3D  engine for the content pipeline of a video game for the XBox One and PC.

 Doesn't specifically mention ReCore but it seems likely that that's the game in question here

You can use Unity to make great games, but it's very much an indie engine. Biggest game ever made with unity is Cities: Skylines. That's a dev team of 13.

Ori and the Blind Forest was made with Unity. ReCore's budget will be much closer to that than something like Sea of Thieves or Fable Legends.
