It does, but it looks like he has either face paint or claw marks.  Plus it looks like his eyes are a different color.

So in Marvel vs Capcom 2, more than half the roster was locked away, plus the alternate colours.  You had to unlock them with points.  You get points by winning arcade mode, versus, training, etc.  Once you gain points you go the purchase menu and buy characters and such.  It was a bit broken cause the characters were random every time you go into the menu.  Sometimes I'd miss a character and they'd never show up again.  Or the same character I never wanted would keep on showing up.  It was annoying.
