MS isn't going to delay the game, regardless of how bad it is.  
Just consider MCC, and also look how early they announced the release date.

This is just a horrible video trying to justify Halo 5's microtransactions, directly mocking anyone who thinks negatively about the system. Alternatively, it does a great job selling to the core fanboy audience.

I'd be a bit worried if I was a halo fan. IT's not getting much hype and should be in the top 10 on amazon from here till launch if it's going to sell like past halo games. but it's no where near that.

Early in the year it was doing really good on Amazon. I haven't kept up on it, but that's a shocker!

It's #34 for the month and has no bundle, yet releases in only a month. Kinda goes with what I was telling Neverdies this morning.

Halo 5 will either do amazing, or do horribly (relatively). There are just so many negatives for the game. Halo 4 soured fans, Xbox One is doing fairly poor, MCC was disastrous, no splitscreen, no LAN, microtransactions, don't even play as Chief the whole game, 343i's lack of honesty, and the core gameplay has been completely changed into 4 person squad commands. People are worried about the game and have strong reason to fear the worst. Explains the low pre orders. If Halo 5 releases and confirms our fears, then things will get even worse.

However it's also possible it'll release and all our fears were silly. "Halo is back!" Game goes on to sell bajillions. Only time will tell.

They have some really good points. TLDW: 343i took Halo's traditional MP and split it into a more casual version and a more competitive version.
