No kidding. The amount of polish this game has alone should make it worth a higher score than that. Add onto that the fact that it has a competent PvP mode, 15 to 20 hours worth of story to start, plenty to explore, cooperative missions and events, and a dang hard raid as the crown jewel of the PvE content and it becomes mind boggling how this game receives anything less than an 8. A little south of that would be understandable for the game as it was at launch but when you score a game like this THAT low you're basically someone who should not have been allowed to review it, or any other game, anyways.

yeah exactly.  when you get into the <50 range the game better have a game breaking glitch that deletes your save file or something like that.  something totally catastrophic.

Lol I think Destiny is just attracting lots of hater reviews and then some reviewers which thought it would be the best game ever then were disappointed. I'd give it a 8.8

Gamecritics gave it a 45, but gave Spelunker HD a perfect score.

it really is a good example of how game reviews and scores have gone to complete shame.  if destiny deserves a 45,  then their are games that quite literally would be a zero lol

GOD dang YOU PEOPLE!! I WANT TO PLAY!!! BUT I'M STUCK TRYING TO PERFECT THIS FACE MODEL FOR MY CLASS!!  fudgy topology is a baby to try and get right on a face.  I'm about to say fudge it and play though.  I'm over half way finished with the model and most of my other homework is finished.

Gonna finish up the story, then farm and try and get engrams to get my cryptarch level up and get my vanguard level up.  Hopefully I can start getting legendary and exotic gear!

haha wow nice!

last night against the archon priest,  my rifle makes him stagger and it regens its rounds, doing 2k a hit.  i can get 9-10 shots off before i need to switch to something else, if i time my shots to right after he staggers, each shot will do it making him basically a sitting target for like 30 seconds for everyone to gang rape

NOTE: We gathered ALOT more greens but for the purpose of the test we wanted to keep it as even as possible, but gathering legendary engrams was taking way too long so we decided to stop and check results. Strange coins\motes came under blue rarity count when decoding blue engrams.

there's a spot in the cosmodome that spawns endless enemies (about 4-5) at a time in the hard to get to area behind where you fight a wizard for the first time... they spawn in a cave... you'll probably see a crowd of people there farming... engrams galore
