Well I'd rather not spend most of my savings on watching a film.

Yes, the Gardens of the Rose is one of my favorites!  How did you know?

It's where I relieve a lot of tension.

Ready Player One is a lot of fun but not much more than that. Its kinda similar to Pacific Rim in that sense, although RPO is obviously a lot better. Visuals are fantastic, plot is decent (even though some details seem like they were suggested by children and not thought out any further). I don't know if I'd try to convince anyone to go and watch it but if you're interested its worth a watch.

Its probably much more fun to watch as a gamer as well, my friends who aren't gamers that I watched it with didn't like it so much.

That's what I was expecting.

My brother has seen it twice. Said it was amazing and better than black Panther (when I asked) . He's not a gamer at all lol but his taste in movies is way different to mine (he likes a lot of garbage, in other words, not suggesting this is tho)

Yeah. Its basically just really cool. I find myself nitpicking plot points a lot more than I normally do in films.

Its basically a big adventure quest type thing, like national treasure (that kind of film), where the main characters are trying to discover something that no one has managed to do for many years, despite having loads of super clever people investigating. The actual secrets/ puzzles are remarkably simple though, and you're just left thinking: "oh come on, really?". I was hoping there would be more depth to the secrets, and things would be better hidden. Like in an Uncharted game for example.

Yeah I guess its a great film for those who just go to the cinema for entertainment and don't really care much about good writing, narrative, acting etc. at all.

Nobody with even a slightly critical film brain would suggest its an amazing film.

Black Panther is now the #10 film of all time Worldwide. Also now #4 all time in North America, passed Jurassic World. Will be past Titanic for #3 by the end of the week.
