I'm still bummed about my game boy project.  

I'm guessing the thing isn't turned on.  Think older members still have to manually turn on the feature to get notified.  

New members do too.

It's broken and needs a bigger fix than I thought.

Whats wrong with it?

The forum has default notification preferences. Only when a user changes their preference options does it record them as having notifications set on/off.


The script called new members, saw they had no setting for receiving notifications, and ignored them. I fixed it so that now if they have no option set, it checks the default options. Should work now.
