What are Microsoft devs working on? What can they announce at E3?

Just Microsoft! Didn't want a list war to develop.

So off the bat we got

343i: Halo 5 2015
Turn10: Forza 6 2015
PlayGround: FH2 DLC 2015
Lionhead: Fable 2015
Black Tusk: Gears Potential announcement
Remedy: Quantum Break 2016
Rare: Unknown Potential Announcement
Mojang: Minecraft 2? Potential Announcement
Team Dakota: Unknown Potential Announcement

Then here are the smaller studios that most likely are making simple download games/hololens games, but alternatively could be stepping up to bigger projects.
Press Play: Windows games as of late
BigPark: MIA since 2012, apart from non game app development for XBO
Lift London/Soho: Just merged a month ago so maybe is doing something bigger, but most probably is making something small for mobile or Hololens
Launchworks: Dead? MIA since a 2013 name change.
Twisted Pixel: MIA since their 2013 flop game Lococycle

Soho wasn't even doing game development. They were working on the Upload Studio and that's it. Lift London was essentially an external house for third-party devs making mobile games. From the rumors, it sounds like the merger is going to be for non-gaming projects. If Launchworks isn't dead, which I'm thinking they are, they've done nothing yet that they've been credited for since the X1 released and really didn't do much for the 360 anyways. BigPark seems like it's been relegated to sports apps but their Facebook page has been inactive for 7 months and their website has been "under construction" for about the same length of time. I'm pretty sure they're dead. I heard Twisted Pixel is working on something but no word on what it is. Whatever Mojang might be working on we probably shouldn't expect it for quite some time. If we're only talking about Microsoft Studios we shouldn't be including Remedy.

I included remedy since they're Microsoft published. Microsoft doesn't own the devs, but it's within reason to expect projects from the studio to be Microsoft exclusive. Basicially I'm wondering what exclusives Microsoft can announce at E3, that aren't unpredictable money hats of 3rd parties.

Yeah soho/lift have been absent from game development but the merger adds the small possibility of that changing.

empty promises and cgi trailers for games that won't release for a few years yet
but then they announce Halo and the fandom goes uber crazy forgiving every horrible thing MS did to them and their mother

Hey Crackdown and Scalebound still exist :P

But yeah, with Phil spencer saying that they want to concentrate on 1st party (which in MS case doesn't mean 1st party studios but whatever) and this weird rumor going around that MS doesn't have Cod marketing anymore, we'll probably see a long Halo demo, a long Tomb Raider demo, a long talk about Forza, some talk about that rumored Football game that has been creating some interest, Scalebound and Crackdown, the Fable game, the new Rare game (which will be hyped up even though Rare has only been disappointing for the last couple years), some digital titles, a Gears announcement and probably another (timed) 3rd party exclusive.

Oh and at least 2 of those will be CGI trailers again, my bet is on the Rare game and Gears, though there might also be some unforeseen games announced with CGI.
