I knew IGN's score beforehand,  but I thought it could at least make it to 70.

Not the score I expected overall but not surprised either. After seeing the entire game I couldn't help but feel like it was the PS4 version of Ryse. Certain gameplay elements felt shoved into the game for the sake of having them. Lycan encounters were lacking. The big moments and revelations in the game just didn't have any punch to them because I didn't get enough time with the characters they involved to even care. I felt like I needed a prequel or a couple more hours with them, at the very least, to feel anything. It really just seems like RAD had so much wide-eyed wonder about a new IP they were creating that they made silly decisions.

Its like reviewers were all playing a different game. I know one thing though, when you say something is a clone of another game it immediately invalidates your opinion.

They knocked Driveclub because it wasn't open world and now they knock The Order because it isn't a "game". In case you were wondering, yes, this. Watching The Order's credits roll for the second time was my final gaming experience. Though thankfully i don't need to "find" because I already have enough of them to fill my time, and also more mature ones.

"The Order: 1886 is a terrible game. Not because it's broken or made without skill. Certainly not because it's an average-length, story-driven shooter with minimal replay value. It's just a bad game, forgettable in every conceivable way and safely ignored by all but the most ardent Trophy hunters."
