The rest of the game is on large numbers of opponents, shooting makes for a very different game.
By comparison, the end game is usually one boss.  So fists make for a different type of fight comparatively.

Also I would flipping freak the frik out if Uncharted 4 had aliens. That'd be awesome. Indiana Jones 4 had many issues, but the aliens stopped it from being total trash.

What... The aliens were a pretty huge drawback to the movie. Everything about that movie was trash. Especially surviving nuclear fall out by sitting in a fridge.
