Seems to be pretty thoroughly region restricted. Can't download it on my phone despite changing the country to US

fudge that. I wouldnt even play a game like this on phone though o.O - I have it wishlisted on Steam lol.

Why not? It's basically a visual novel anyway. Can play on a tablet

I dont have a tablet.

Nor any device that can play this version though :(!
