Just worked out my BMI, 20.9, down from about 23.5 a year ago

Nope, I don't.
Doctor was more concerned about the weight loss than my new weight. 

Well what could be the reason? Eating less than before? More exercise?

No, I just thought I had a little too much fat on me in some areas. Tbh I wasn't really trying to lose weight, I just decided to eat less crud

Definitely eating less, and probably getting more "exercise", to be honest.
