VGC overtracked by 102k

Yep. VGC overtracked the X1 by over 100k. It did less than 29,000 in the US per week on average.

WW less than 60k per week then? Probably.
EDIT: Actually probably less than 50k WW. That is horrible.

102k.

While, 360 is only about 3k off.
So they adjusted the numbers after my ban.

Dr. Pezus

Looks like One software sales are also way off. Slightly less than 450k games in April. Seems to me that VGChartz has something like 600-800k (didn't count).

They do tend to do that.

Guess we have to wait a bit for more pr statements.

Seems that WW PS4 could have outsold XB1 by 2.5:1 or more, a lot more than VGC thought. (if the 2:1 in USA is true).

Yeah you can rest assured that if the US sales are off by that much then the numbers elsewhere are probably off as well. Being down to 115k in April isn't the worst. The PS3 did only 80k in the US for April and then again in May. I'm pretty sure the Wii U did even less than that. The problem here though is that the PS3 had numbers that low because of the negative image of its $600 pricetag for the premium package and it really did have crud for games at that time with no good deals to spur sales. I'm guessing the Xbox One managed to avoid going sub-100k thanks to retailer price drops, Titanfall, and the Titanfall bundle. Some of those deals were still going well into April. Though even worse is the fact that the X1 has no other refuge. North America is all it has.

Dr. Pezus

So...infamous sold more than Titanfall XB1. Lol.

According to Dodd, Kinect Sports Rivals tanked hard.

If true, that could have been a main reason for Kinect being unbundled.
