Well it was over that number in only the 3 weeks that VGC is showing so probably around 30k for the whole month (~50%).

oh I dunno about that. There have been some adjustments so not that much in the US. Worldwide it should be a few hundred k

well I remember people saying it was overtracked by 100k in us alone when financials came out. I wasn't aware the adjusted it.

Any word on Vita sales? 39% of 3DS seems pretty good compared to how it's usually like 7:1

3DS probably had a pretty bad month too since New 3DS launches this month.

Not going to happen lol. New 3DS is coming so 3DS will be low this month (very low).

OT: I believe I predicted already but it was on Gaf. Let's see if I can predict again:

PS4: 195k
Xbox One: 145k
Wii U: 57k
Vita: 18k
3DS: 79k

Let's revisit my prediction

18k/79k = 23%
So either I am underestimating Vita, overestimating 3DS or both

Either way, my prediction accuracy crumbles with the handhelds

Yeah I think most people here were way too optimistic for 3DS for some reason. I expected terrible sales (but maybe it sold even more terribly than I thought)

Probably sold more terribly.  Remember, it's barely outshipping the Vita and it's only going to be on the decline.  It'll get a spike this month for the New 3DS, but after that...

BTW, I'm not sure how Nintendo could survive till 2017 with the wii u. It's pretty much irrelevant 2.5 years before that. If Nintendo waits that long for a new console then they run the risk of that just being irrelevant too from no mind share for years before releasing it. So they should either A. Rush out another console that's more powerful than ps4 or B. Wait till Ps5 launches and do a LOT of hyping pre release
