Slight change to how "return to topic after posting" works

It used to work by taking you to your post, the last one in the topic.

Now it takes you to the last post you've read.

So if the topic is slow and you've read it all, it functions just like it used to. However if someone posts while you're posting, you'll now be linked to their post after you post so that you know they posted.


If you guys don't like this I can switch it to a user option.

i like it! i usually open a new tab when replying to someone so i can stay on the same page.

so i've been getting annoyed and i think i finally figured out what's going on...

someone makes a post.  i read it.  they modify the post.  is that "read" or not?     

...cause i keep getting sent back up the topic to things i've read over and over and over again and i think it's from people correcting spelling mistake and other irrelavant crud like that that i don't need to re-read.

i dislike that bit.  i keep getting suckered into return to threads that have no new things to read.  ..based on most modified posts are drastically modified.  most modifications seem like small grammar update not zomg i have something else to say.

I like re-reading with updated grammar. It makes me stop thinking that person is an idiot. Like Ninsect.
