If the reddit leaker is to be believed I doubt there'll be anything from Sony Bend at E3, sounded like it's further away than we all thought. IF..he's to be believed...

But they definitely need to reveal Horizon and tell us when Ratchet is finally returning.

I believe Shinobi hinted that Bend would show their game, don't quote me, and according to Tidux, for whatever that's worth, he claims Bend is definitely showing it at E3 this year. I don't think Sony will allow them to delay much longer since their last actual game was Golden Abyss back in 2011 and they worked with a small third party studio just to make a little card game based on Uncharted in 2012.

Bend Studio shows its new game. Naughty Dog shows more Uncharted 4 gameplay and announces release date. San Diego Studio shows off Kill Strain. Santa Monica studio shows more of Everybody's Gone to the Rapture and Fat Princess Adventures while giving release dates for both. Insomniac shows Ratchet & Clank and announces release date. Bungie announces a big Destiny update coming in Fall. Guerrilla Games reveals what Project Horizon is. Japan Studio finally re-reveals The Last Guardian. Polyphony Digital reveals Gran Turismo 7. Level 5 announces its PS4 exclusive. Capcom shows new Street Fighter 5 gameplay. Square Enix shows more of Kingdom Hearts 3 and announces a release date.

I think there'll be this plus Media Molecule. There'll be other third parties showing some games too. Perhaps we'll see more of Until Dawn

She was either fired and naturally doesn't really like them anymore, or quite because she didn't really like them.

I'd take her "negativity" towards the studio with a large grain of salt. Sounds kinda like the early Naughty Dog Uncharted 4 development issues when Amy left, and those seem to have turned out to be nothing.



Plus two years is a long time for them to have gotten a project settled on and made some serious progress. Still bet E3 reveal and it's a full console game.

I've seen a lot of news from there about how they're getting back into big game development. Seems Sony would rather make their current studios better than bring in new big studios.

That'd be too late in the year. If it's a slim model, I think e3 reveal. Just a price cut? Then gdc.

actually E3 is too early. Pricecuts usually happen in August/September. PS3 and Vita pricecuts happened at gamescom. price cuts happen late august to start building momentum into september and into the holidays. if its at E3 it will give a good bump but sales will naturally fall in the summer.

In which case I can only see bundled games, not another reduction in price point. MS will drop the price like mad this holiday

yeah poorly timed. they had to cut it that soon because summer would have been awful without it. it would have been a massacre. the summer sales would have been just way to low for them. but the effect was minimal, and momentum was lost quickly.
