Killed a third time jumping a way the game disliked

I know the game wont do this, but the existing base I just laugh imagining it is usa/spacex/china and they are like "yeah europe we've been here for two decades"

Ok this is trash with the death for jumping to the wrong spots.

I jumped to a lab. Nice flat thing of ice to stand on. My character landed on the ice. But there is an invisible wall. Im just on the very edge. I jumped and now im stuck in the falling animation just floating there.



How the heck is this ok in a game?

And i had a glitch so a locked door wouldn't open. Thought it was a puzzle but no, just a glitch.

The alien has become super lame. Mechanically it is very boring to walk around, loses all cool.

Wtf, how did i end up at the nexus? Am I confused? The dude was at the base so rhe lady went to the base instead of the nexus. But the dude was at the nexus. I think maybe i got the names wrong.
