I'm done with gamepass, 50% price increase

Once my sub ends, I'm out.

I got a few years for cheap a while ago so this is a 150% price increase for me.

Yeah i can buy every game I want day one and still save money vs gamepass.

i'm not exactly sure why but my game playing has been really slow this year.   at this rate i could stop buying any games at all and just play my backlog for the next 10 years.

But I am shocked xbox fanboys are understanding that now. I haven't seen any defence.

Have you guys seen literally anyone defend Microsoft for this? The biggest xbots I know of are even upset.

Of course they are, they are now paying way more than they probably would have been before Xbox. And at some point you don't have the time or inclination to play so much that you "make your money's worth" from gamepass.

It's 360$ a year now? I doubt most people were spending that much on games a year. And that's just the baseline if you don't wanna buy any other game that doesn't come out on gamepass.

there was a bit of a defense put up when MS said "4 games are going to playstation".   even though what was coming was very obvious there were a few that took Spencer at his word and came to his defense.  

however, i think it was the layoffs that really killed off all of xbox's support.   laying off thousands and canceling games like perfect dark.   i don't think i heard even 1 person defend that.   and for the most part i don't think i've heard any support for xbox or MS since then.
