What "gifts" does your dog/cat bring you?

In the past my mom has woken up with a dead mouse in her bed, and later with a bot fly in her bed.

Well today her dog brought her something extra special...

I didn't see the leg, just heard about it. Couldn't have been too fresh because I didn't have to help clean up blood. But we had fresh snow yesterday. Maybe a bird dropped it or maybe there is the rest of the fox under the snow, because they kept the dog inside after discovering it and I didn't see any tracks beyond the dog's.
