It does sound too good to be true. Just one month ago it was only $100 billion.

i think the keyword is "intends".    they will invest 500 billion just so long as they find people willing to invest 500 billion in them.   


i have the same goal actually.   i intend to invest 500 billion into home renovations so if someone would please just give me 500 billion dollars we can get started on my remodel right away..
