Doesn't matter, the amount of money people have is finite. I doubt someone would buy both if they're going to spend most of the time playing Halo anyways (Especially looking at the Xbox One's userbase). Might

Yeah as far as sales to existing owners, sure.

However new buyers getting a halo bundle would be likely to pick up another game too. TR would make the most sense.
