from scratch strawberry jelly from home grown strawberries is at least 10x more amazing than store bought.

yeah.  the from scratch jelly isn't what makes it amazing.  the home grown fresh strawberries is most of why it's so great.  

also if you have the space you can just freeze the extra jelly.  I canned but it's a lot more work than making the jelly.  

..guess it depends on how many strawberries you have.  I had 4 quarts.
