Improvements to forum load speed

I disabled a lot of features for guests. Bot traffic is by far the biggest performance hog so by disabling search and a few other features for them, that should speed things up considerably.

The print feature was a huge resource drain on larger threads since it compiled thousands of posts into a single printable page. No reason to let bots click on that over and over.


Along with some improvements to the code itself, this should help significantly to stop the slowdowns that we've grown to expect.
