Yeah I've been working through a video or two a day from them. Very much my type of humor.

Very entertaining though.

Very true, but it's also hard to predict how fast change can be. Her for example is set in the mid 2020s or so and that seems to have been spot on with the ai (not with the holograms)

Also funny about far future english. That always bugs me too. Don't go crazy and make it hard to understand, but at least give them a new accent.

I want to talk about a top comment, it says something along the lines of 'what I love most about your videos is how realistically the dialogue flows. You talk over each other just enough to make it feel like a real conversation",


What I want to talk about specifically, wifey has watched some Hallmark movies and the little that I've seen has not felt good to me. I'm not 100% sure what bugs me, but I have been pretty sure this is the issue.

Just lots of one sentence back and forth dialogue, that feels very unnatural.

They're certainly not the only ones. 
But I feel like there's some kind of weird vibe with hallmark with it.

what people like about "Hallmark" movies is how light hearted they are.  conflict is minimal and uncomplicated.  

talking over each other is a form of conflict and not what people watching a Hallmark movie wants.  

I watch tons of Hallmark movies especially at Xmas.  the world is complicated, nuanced, stressful, political.   Hallmark lets me disconnect into a world where everything is exactly as it seems and the answer to your problem is simple.
