When do you put away your Christmas lights?

Depends how lazy i am.  

The glass ornament tree is the first to go just because that is a real tree and the ornaments are fragile.  Its a lot of effort though so i rarely get the other trees/lights/decorations down in the same weekend. 

I think this year the glass ornament tree will come down next weekend.

Took most things down yesterday, only leaving the outdoor lights for the next 2 months or so because it's so dark here early
