iTunes U, have you used it or even heard of it?

When I found out about it, I thought it was awesome! 
Haven't used it so much, but in theory it's an awesome idea.  But there are issues I think.

Basically it's a section on iTunes where colleges host classes. 
For example, there's a Statistics class hosted by Harvard that has videos of 37 lectures and a few other note like things.
