Got running headphones for christmas. Did a run around a lake while Death Stranding 2 music played.

Felt so cool. Pure random chance, minus 61 was the song that played on my final stretch.

It's really rough when you're not improving. 

But it's really awesome when you make noticeable improvement without a crazy amount of effort. 

My left thumb was very weak with the grip strength trainer. Like wasn't really able to close it on the lowest setting.  Today I was able to close it, even after turning it up a bit.

I ran a half marathon!!! 2 hours 6 minutes.

Was just my weekly long run while watching tv on my treadmill.

I am so freaking healthy! 37 bpm heartrate while watching Beast Games yesterday.

Also two of my toenails are dead and falling out. Probably nothing  :P

June 2nd - 2 pull ups
June 9th - 3 pull ups
July 1st - 4 pull ups

Earlier today I was struggling to do 1 pull up, after not doing pull ups the past few months.


But I just did 4 again.
