All the Summer 2023 Game Shows

So Sony is pretty due for a show of some kind. They are generally consistent about putting one out every 3-4 months or so.

Anyone want to make some guesses on when it'll happen, and whether it will be a State of Play or a Showcase?

I'm expecting a State of Play on either September 6th/7th/13th/14th.

I'm not sure I'm brave enough to hope for another showcase.

due?  they just had one this year.   we're about ~2 years away from the next one....

After their poorly received notE3 show, I doubt they want to do another multi game show unless they're really ready to show stuff.

does sony have anything releasing this year aside from spiderman and hell divers?    not sure how much more is needed for either title but sure,.. they can show it again.   indie showcase probably.   CoD showcase where sony reminds everyone that CoD is still on playstation?

i doubt sony has anything to announce for 2023.  seems too early to talk about 2024 which is probably devoid of games anyways.


probably the only big show for the rest of the year is MS gloating they bought SE, sega, and take-two...

Spider-Man SoP would be a strong choice. I'm not sure if it's needed after the recent trailers, but I wouldn't say never.
