So idk if you guys were following the news on this, but people are kinda pissed. Its basically a PvE expansion for Overwatch but they're trying to sell it as a sequel. All new multiplayer content will also be added to Overwatch at launch, all progress carries over to Overwatch 2 and players from both games can play together online. Its very odd.
It's exactly like Elite Dangerous Horizons but with a worse name.
That game had planet dlc but they only sold it with the base game included.
Should have just called this an expansion and sold it as an expansion.

But then people would be unhappy that they're selling an expansion for $60. They don't win either way. And obviously they couldn't make it cheaper, Actiblizz would be unhappy.

Should have just shut off Overwatch 1 and really made this a forced sequel. People are "fine" with that since it happens a lot.
