A dock with local hardware could do that. Either do something fancy where the game uses the combined power of both when docked, or have it just swap to an external gpu.if that was the case they wouldn't even need to release a new switch. just a new dock. sold seperately of course. it just wouldn't be nintendo if the hardware didn't have a massive mark-up compared to what you get from sony/ms.
