So yesterday, some guy called about a PS4 he bought, the Destiny bundle.
"The PS+ code didn't work, the one month of PS+ is the only reason I paid the 60$ to get the Destiny bundle, otherwise I would've gotten the normal one"
".... Why didn't you just pay 50$ to get the year's worth?"
"I don't have 50$ to spend"

"Can I talk to a supervisor or manager?"

The manager came back and told me the situation. Apparently the guy said that this inconvenience was worth 50$ to him.
The manager offered him to take it back to the store, and he asked if he could keep Destiny.
