Space Station Emergency Prompted by Russian Thruster Firing - The New York Times
Roscosmos is having serious issues as of late. They went from having a near perfect record to having significant errors in the past few years. Holes in the ISS, Soyuz rocket explosion, and two modules erroneously firing while docked to the ISS. Combined with the issues on the ground including ~$10 billion seemingly embezzled, the agency isn't in a good position.
Hopefully they recover soon but now I'm a bit worried a worse accident will happen first.
