It seems that something is different here.  

Usually what happens after events like these is that gun sales go up.  
Instead gun manufacturing shares have dropped in value.  

Many companies are dropping support for NRA.  Many companies are boycotting other companies for supporting the NRA.

Several companies have raised their ages to 21 for gun sales, including Walmart, Kroger, and L.L. Bean,


A lot of companies are boycotting FedEx, because of their ties to the NRA.

And for the first time, most of the country is thinking about gun control,
