where are you buying it? i'm not seeing it as pre-orderable on psn.Steam. Preorders are 10% off and then I got another 9% off since I already own Talos 1 on steam.
i don't typically pre-order until the last minute anyways because i don't see the point. i do expect to buy/play this day-1 though.
Honestly I didn't even think about it also being on consoles.
