Ascendant Studios who made Immortals of Aveum had to lay off half their staff from poor sales. Not surprising, but quite disappointing because I genuinely thought the game was pretty good. Yeah it wasn't the greatest, but I thought the story, gameplay, and VO were all good. But hopefully they are able to bounce back and potentially make a sequel(if they do) 10x better.
