it's not as outragous as era wants to make it out to be...
...but it is lame. seems like a lot of work to make the upgrade be per user/license instead of just a standard +$60/year.
it's also lame that if someone pre-paid 4 years of ps+ the only option is to pre-pay 4 years of upgrade and not also support an option to upgrade for "free" by reducing the expiration date.
