Yeah but uncharted's strengths are outside of the USA for the most part. If I remember correctly it just sold 1 million in the USA in its first month."over 1m" and that didn't include digital iirc.
GoW has traditionally been weaker in EU, and that's a huge market, if not the biggest for PS4. While I think this game will help the franchise grow there, I don't think it will be as strong as UC4. So It will even things out. GoW certainly has a bigger install base now than when UC4 did, almost 35 million more, which will help it.
But I don't think you guys understand how big. 5-6 million opening week is. That's how much uncharted sold in months.
This iteration will definitely be more popular in the rest of the world than previous ones, as it's not (basically) just a glorified gore simulator lol.
But we'll see soon enough. It will top uncharted 4 for sure imo
