Predict the Console Sales by Sku

Not that we will ever get hard numbers to verify this but... in which order to you predict each next gen sku to sell in:

Too many options to put into a poll just to reply your answer in the format of:

            XBSS > PS5 DE > PS5 > XBSX


i think ps5 will still outsell xbox but i think ps5 and ps5 de will be close to a 50/50 split in sales.   I think xbss will destroy xbsx since it's almost half the price and just as powerful afterall..

I don't think xbox series x will do much better than xbox one x at launch. Both are almost the exact same sell: pay $499 to play the same games better. There will be a few next gen exclusives but will that be offset by players going with pc instead?

Series s is great for 2020 and 2021. I think it could sell a lot but it could also flop. Just depends on if it feels like a true next gen option or is like wii u.

just forget about the possible pro model.  make your prediction in context of the market up until any new console enters the market so the first 3 years.

yeah, i really think xbss is MS's true next gen console at this point (whether that was MS's intent or not) and the xbsx is just the "pro" model.   I think a 70/30 to 80/20 split is likely with xbss slaughtering xbsx.

i think ps5 and ps5 DE is going to be a completely different story.   obviously we don't know the prices yet but the hardware is identical other than a disc drive and I imagine the prices will be reasonably close... much less than the $200 difference with xbox anyways.   should lead to a much more even break near the 50/50 mark.

The way the media is reporting this people could easily think the xbss is just a discless xbsx.  if this was on the market today i'd bet it wouldn't be a very, very small number.   it really amazing me how massively inadequate the ps5 was compared to the xbsx just last week and now the xbss is being hailed as the savior of next gen.

What? Xbox Series X is the main next gen system, Xbox Series S is the cheap half next gen option.

If you're referring to XB1X with acronyms then that's the same its always been and doesn't have an S in it.

It will be interesting to see. I'd assume by launch most buyers will understand but who knows.
