Demon's Souls 66GB
Spider-Man MM 50GB
Spider-Man Remastered 55GB

Pretty good sizes. The big thing here is that Spidey with all DLC is apparently 75GB on PS4, so its 20GB smaller for an enhanced game on PS5.
