The average will calculates to 15% over the entire clip when But is indeed higher w/o vsync. Only problem is that 60 hz and vsync means we do not know how much the real higher average is on PS5. It is higher than 15% of course.
So if PS5 wasn't hitting that 60fps cap constantly it would actually be a bigger than 15% difference, wow.
