EA conference E3 2019 liveview

Oops I forgot to give a rating.

2/10 as an E3 conference.

4/10 as their own thing.

Should have dived deeper into Star Wars (even if there wasn't more gameplay), should have had a block dedicated to their smaller games, and could have benefited with more games I'm interested in (sports games and Battlefield V aren't my thing).

Finally got round to watching Star Wars. Man it looks great, the droid is so cute! Looked way too easy though, hopefully they just had the difficulty turned down. Lightsaber just one-shotting most enemies doesn't seem like it'd feel satisfying to play.

Also my main problem seems to be that it just doesn't flow very well. Little fight then parkour to next fight room is pretty much how you can describe the whole level. Every traversal 'puzzle' is just press a button to use the force at the right time and you're done. Hopefully there's some unique set piece action elements like in Uncharted games, and they knew better than to just show off the best bit of the game like ND did.
