I'll be sure to take the day off.
Yeah, it'll be a lot of work to keep up with the posts in this thread.   8)

I feel depending on improvements, it'll probably get something between an 84 and 92.

It's got a whacky story, and I'm looking forward to replaying it.

I know I have at least one other person who will end up playing this game.

This game is up there with one of my first games ever, and still to this day one of my favorites.

One of the coolest things about the game for me is that it is that places like the Mushroom Kingdom are real places. They're not hypothetical things in the background. It adds depth to Mario, well before Mario frankly had that much depth.

It has lots of goofy story pieces, and it's a real fun time.

I really can't overstate how much I'm looking forward to replaying this game, but also seeing other people discover this game.

I'm kind of disappointed that the trailer spoils some things. It's a remake so it makes sense, but it could have been cool to leave as surprises for new people.

No spoiler worries. Without context I have zero clue what I'm seeing.

Sounds fun to see mushroom kingdom. I'll check it out someday

Japanese trailers/ads or something.

So many spoilers.

I wasn't totally set on the visuals when I first saw it, but I am loving it now.

Looks like a music player was added:

And a bestiary:

I'm really thrilled that this seems like something Nintendo/Square/(whoever is making it) is putting some genuine love and attention into making a great remake, instead of putting out some low effort port.
