I was excited until I saw those screenshots. Gonna have to see the game in motion and hear how it plays out. Because right now it looks too similar to the first game and doesn't impress me visually.

I remember last year Sony had a BF Hardline beta announced during their show (or was it 2014?) but have their been any other big console betas launched during E3? This seems like it would be the next logical step for publishers. Show a game at E3, launch a demo for it.

Yeah betas/software are pretty commonly announced and released during conferences.

Battlecry did it last year for example.
