Wisconsin is really big on cheese.  They make a pretty large percentage of it.
Going to other states, cheese either is more expensive (and often comes from WI) or they often don't have certain kinds.
One thing I've seen very rarely outside of WI is cheese curds.

In Alaska, only 2 places had them that I was at.  Dairy Queen and another place that was advertising specifically that it was using WI cheese.

We are also big on drinking.

So what makes your area special?

Being dumbfucks!!  Honestly Indiana is pretty shame to be honest.

Colorado is good at being healthy apparently.

We don't care for cheese curds. Instead we have a lot of mexican food.

I'd love that.  Mexican food is by far my favorite and I could eat it all day everyday.

But your stomach??

But your stomach??
Is there something wrong with mexican food?

Or do you just mean it's fattening?

As in having like raging diarrhea? lol  Mexican food doesn't really have that effect on me.  Occasionally it might, but rare.

Illinois is good at two things: fudgy and fighting

Valparaiso is good at sucking.
Milwaukee is good at being hipster as fudge

Well spicy food can be hard on your stomach. I don't experience that myself but it can cause acid reflux

I have Mexican candy that is liquor flavor
