Based on the little bit that I've read, 1080p60 is with slim pickings.

I'm needing to buy a capture card. I've used fraps in the past but at this stage that isn't going to work anymore.

So my needs are 1080p, 60fps, essentially lossless video and essentially lossless audio. HDMI input and HDMI output right?

@BasilZero you have experience right?


Well getting 1080p and 60 FPS is easy on a rendered video - I've done it through Sony Vegas. As for recording from the actual system - afraid I dont have much experience in that ;x.

I've been using FRAPs for all my videos lol.

Looks like what I need, and is cheaper than the alternative. Look good?

Also how is Sony Vegas? I have to use blender for all my editing :(

Looks good but not familiar with recording hardware :P

Also Sony Vegas is awesome.
