You can make your own custom paint jobs. Go to garage. Select a vehicle. Select a paint job, and then you can edit it.

The servers worked fine before tuesday. It'd have to have been the large amount of players that broke it. They didn't catch this beforehand, so a delay wouldn't have done anything.

At least from my perspective it looks like an unacceptable issue, but also an honest issue. It's not like they shipped the game knowing it was half broken.

that makes a bit more sense I guess... hopefully they fix it soon and release the dumbed down version for those of us who aren't into racers that much, but would like to try it out
