I'm not digging it.  I'll tell you what I'm not happy about.  You should too.


1. i already miss the square icons that had meaningful info.  i can see the white/grey thread title part that tells me which threads have new posts or not but i already very much miss the context of which thread was i participating in.

2. message icons are dumb.  the default icon of "peice of paper thing" is fugly.  the rest are "cute" at best and i hate people trying to be cute by using things like the thumb down icon.

3. use of space seems way off now that i'm not on an ipad.  a full inch on either side to frame the forum is too much.  then, specific to the hot topics page, there is another inch and a half to the right of last post that is blank as well.  


things aren't all bad by the way.  i do like the new layout for the quick replies.  the tools are much nicer than they used to be.  ..although the icons themselves are pretty fugly.  really things aren't that bad but i don't like the hot topics anymore.  anways,  i'm sure i'll have more criticisms later,.. i always do.

I fully agree with your compaint. I'm just not sure that's the correct solution.

I fully agree with your compaint. I'm just not sure that's the correct solution.

Maybe you can re-implement the icons, but make them smaller.

just noticed that myself.  either the "quoted" system isn't working or missing.  legend quoted me right above you and as far as my hot to1/2 taucs page was concerned the text was white just like all the other threads.  


..i thought it was going to be blue?!?

It might be broken.  
Did you go up to the top thing that say 7H3?  There's a forum profile button in the drop box.  
Liking posts is in the signature area.

Steps to reproduce
1. quote someone.
2. Type something that follows this format
"text text text
/return
/return
text text text"

Expected Behavior
what i type was posted

Actual Behavior
the text i typed is posted but the lines of hard returns are deleted.  this is important to me because i like the hard return between paragraphs to prevent that "wall of text" look that makes people not read the bullshame i type.  

what the fudge.  why did my last 3 (probably 4 in a second) posts get lumped together is a weird dog way?!?
