Have played only one game:
Gears of War - played Judgement, was okay
Battlefield - played #4, was okay. Played beta of BF1, but didn't get into enough
Batman - only played Arkham Knight
Soulsborne - only played Bloodborne
The Legend of Zelda - well I absolutely loved BOTW but I haven't played any of the others
God of War - only played 3
LittleBigPlanet - only played 3, was poop
Final Fantasy - only played XV
Dragon Quest - only played IX
The Elder Scrolls - played a bit of Skyrim and got very bored
The Witcher - started 3 but got overwhelmed by too much to do

Play Super Metroid without any guide. It still holds up very well.
